What’s your content philosophy?

Can you cover topic X?

Likely, yes. The only industries we don’t work with on principle are military, government, adult and tobacco. Check out our portfolio — there’s a good chance we have a sample in your niche.

Do you have samples for our niche?

We’ve covered a lot of niches in the last few years, so very probably, yes! Check out our portfolio and see if you can find your niche listed there.

Can you do interviews?

Yes. We’ve developed a unique process by which we interview subject experts in your field and turn the content into a blog post. Contact us for more details.

What’s your typical turnaround time?

We’d rather avoid receiving one-off orders at random times in the month.

Instead, we prefer to receive all the content requests from clients together at the beginning of the engagement. This allows us to schedule all the content at once, avoiding email bureaucracy. 

We’ll deliver all your content evenly spread across the period in which it’s ordered.

Help! I need more than four 1,000-word articles per month.

Our packages contain 4x 1,000 words of blog posts per month by default, as we have found that this works well for many of our clients. If you would like more words or more posts per month, please let us know. We are unable to consider clients who require fewer posts or fewer words.

I need a lot of content. What’s your maximum capacity?

We have a lot of writing experience and are extremely good at managing our time. (To put it another way: we’re workaholics who enjoy helping people!). You can assume that we have the capacity to handle your content unless you specifically hear otherwise.

Can you do trial articles? I want to try before I buy.

I hear you. You’re not alone in this respect. Trial articles are a good way to reduce risk and see if we enjoy working together. We don’t just work with any old company either. 

Most of our clients purchase a trial article before proceeding with a monthly contract or retainer.
